In June  1994	GILDEN founded in North District, Taichung City. The main business was the distribution of baby products. The main operating targets were specialty stores and pharmacies.
In January  1999	Own brand, JOJODO and 貝安, incorporated into existing products amplified market
In January  2003	The company moved to the present location of Dali District, Taichung City. The main business expanded trade and agency Business while retaining the original distribution business. The main operating targets were regional distributors, hypermarket, department stores, e-commerce platform, specialty stores, pharmacies and hospital. The main foreign trade business was operating infant toys, baby products and sehold products.
In March  2006	Act as an agent for ANGE from Korea.
In September  2006	Act as an agent for OXFORD from Korea.
In June  2007	Act as an agent for GINA WORLD from Korea.
In January  2009	Act as an agent for GOOD WAY from China and B&B from Korea.
In August  2010	Act as an agent for KID BASIX from USA and KAWA from China.
In July  2011	Act as an agent for I&S DWINGULER / BABY CARE / BEBE WINNIE from Korea.
In November 2011	Established office in Guangzhou, China.
In March  2012	Act as an agent for MY CARRY POTTY from UK.
In March  2013	Act as an agent for Coclean from Korea.
In September  2013	Become local supplier of COSTCO in Taiwan.
In October 2014	Act as an agent for Mom’s baby from Korea.
